TutorsConnect (tutorsconnect.in) is a home tutor matching platform serving families and educators across Delhi, Noida, Gurgaon, Ghaziabad, and Faridabad. We connect parents looking for verified home tutors with qualified tutors seeking genuine students — for all classes from KG to Class 12 and competitive examinations.

By using our website, submitting an inquiry, or registering as a tutor, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. These terms apply to all visitors, parents, and tutors using the TutorsConnect platform.

Terms for Parents

These terms apply to all parents and guardians who use TutorsConnect to find home tutors for their children across Delhi NCR.

Demo Class Policy

TutorsConnect facilitates a free demo class before any commitment is made. Here's how it works:

• A demo class is arranged at no charge to the parent.
• The demo is a real teaching session — not a sales call.
• Parents are under no obligation to continue after the demo.
• If the tutor is not a good fit, TutorsConnect will suggest a replacement at no additional cost.

Payment Terms

Payment for tutoring services works as follows:

• First month's fee is collected by TutorsConnect to ensure structure and accountability for both parties.
• From the second month onwards, parents pay the tutor directly — with no platform commission involved.
• All fee discussions happen transparently before any commitment is confirmed.
• TutorsConnect does not fix tutor fees — rates are discussed and agreed upon between the parent and tutor.

Refund Policy

• If classes have not yet commenced, the first month's fee may be refunded upon written request.
• If classes have commenced but the tutor is found unsuitable within the first week, TutorsConnect will make reasonable efforts to arrange a replacement or partial refund — assessed on a case-by-case basis.
• Refunds are not applicable once classes have been ongoing for more than two weeks.
• Refund requests must be submitted via email to support@tutorsconnect.in within the applicable window.

Replacement Support

• If a tutor is not working out — for any reason — TutorsConnect will facilitate a replacement.
• Replacement requests can be made by contacting our support team.
• There is no additional charge for replacement support.
• TutorsConnect will make reasonable efforts to find a suitable replacement within 48–72 hours.

Parent Responsibilities

• Parents are expected to treat tutors with professionalism and respect.
• Session schedules should be honoured. Cancellations should be communicated at least 24 hours in advance.
• Parents must ensure a safe and appropriate environment for home tuition sessions.
• TutorsConnect must be informed promptly if any concern arises regarding tutor conduct.

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from the use of TutorsConnect services will be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Delhi, India. We encourage all parties to first attempt resolution through direct communication before pursuing formal action.

Terms for Tutors

These terms apply to all tutors who register on TutorsConnect to receive student leads and build a tutoring career across Delhi NCR.

Registration & Onboarding

• Registration on TutorsConnect is free.
• A one-time joining fee may be applicable after your profile is reviewed and approved — this ensures only serious and committed tutors are part of the platform.
• Tutors must provide accurate information during registration — including name, qualifications, subjects, and preferred locations.
• False or misleading information will result in immediate removal from the platform.

Identity & Qualification Verification

• Tutors are required to submit valid government-issued ID proof and relevant educational certificates.
• TutorsConnect reserves the right to verify submitted documents at any time.
• Profiles that cannot be verified may be suspended or removed without notice.
• Verification does not guarantee the tutor will receive leads — lead matching depends on student requirements and location.

Lead & Commission Structure

• TutorsConnect provides leads — genuine student inquiries matched to a tutor's location and subjects.
• For the first month, a fee is deducted by TutorsConnect as a platform facilitation charge.
• From the second month onwards, the tutor receives full payment directly from the parent with zero commission deducted.
• TutorsConnect does not guarantee a specific number of leads per month.

Academic Quality Standards

• Tutors are expected to deliver structured, consistent, and quality teaching sessions.
• Session plans, homework, and progress feedback are encouraged as part of professional conduct.
• Tutors must notify parents in advance if they are unable to attend a scheduled session.
• Repeated cancellations or poor student feedback may result in removal from the platform.

Professionalism Expectations

• Tutors must maintain a respectful, professional relationship with students and parents at all times.
• Tutors must not solicit additional business from families introduced through TutorsConnect in a manner that bypasses the platform.
• Any conduct that damages TutorsConnect's reputation or violates a student's trust will result in immediate termination of the tutor's account.

Tutor Payment Process

• First month fees are processed by TutorsConnect after classes are confirmed and commenced.
• From the second month, the parent pays the tutor directly on mutually agreed terms.
• TutorsConnect is not responsible for payment disputes between parents and tutors from the second month onwards.

Safety & Verification Disclaimer

TutorsConnect takes safety seriously. We verify tutor identities and review profiles before listing — but we are a digital matching platform, not a physical supervisory agency.

What We Do

• Request and review government-issued ID proof from all tutors.
• Verify educational qualifications submitted during registration.
• Manually review tutor profiles before they go live on the platform.
• Act promptly on any parent-reported concerns about tutor conduct.

Limitations of Liability

• TutorsConnect cannot guarantee the conduct of any tutor during home sessions.
• Parents are encouraged to supervise young children during home tuition, especially in the early sessions.
• TutorsConnect is not liable for any disputes, losses, or damages arising from the direct tutoring relationship between parent and tutor.
• All tutoring arrangements entered into are at the parent's and tutor's own discretion.

General Terms

Intellectual Property

All content on tutorsconnect.in — including text, design, branding, and structure — is the property of TutorsConnect (a brand of Emerging Destiny LLP). Reproduction or use without written permission is prohibited.

Changes to Terms

TutorsConnect reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the platform after any update implies acceptance of the revised terms. We recommend checking this page periodically.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from the use of TutorsConnect shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Delhi, India.
